MA ROP clarification on the letter of guarantee for pre-funding

Consequently to the recommendations of the Audit Authority, the Management Authority for the Regional Operational Program imposes the implementation of the attached model of letter for the beneficiaries that request pre-funding based on a letter of guarantee in conformity with the funding contract.

Situation of projects submitted on March, 1st 2010 in the Bucharest-Ilfov region

On March, 1st 2010, 239 projects were submitted at the BIRDA headquarters for non-reimbursable funding through the Regional Operational Program. By the same date 39 projects were contracted and 58 applications which were submitted for various areas of intervention were rejected. We would like to mention that 142 projects are in the evaluation phase. Status of projects submitted on March, 1st 2010.

Corrigendum no.2 KAI 4.3 Applicant’s guide

On February, 22nd 2010 the Management Authority for the Regional Operational Program issued Corrigendum no. 2 to the Applicant's Guide for key area of intervention 4.3 "Supporting the development of microenterprises". Along with the text of the Corrigendum, the consolidated applicant's guide was also published, amendments included.

Starting with January, 22nd 2010 the submission of projects on the area 3.4 in Bucharest-Ilfov is suspended

Taking into account the direction issued by the Management Authoritu of ROP, starting with January, 22nd 2010, 12:00 p.m. the process of submitting funding applications on key area of intervention 3.4. "Rehabilitation, modernization, development and equippingt of the pre-university, university and continuous vocational training infrastructure" is suspended in the Bucharest-Ilfov region.

The submission and evaluation of projects within 2007 -2013 ROP will be suspended in the December, 21st 2009 – January, 11th 2010 period

In the December, 21st 2009 - January, 11th 2010 period the submission of funding applications within the 2007 - 2013 Regional Operational program will be suspended, as well as will the activities of evaluation, selection and contracting, in accordance with Direction no. 41 of December, 8th 2009, issued by the Management Authority for ROP (MA ROP).
