- Law no. 315 of June, 28th 2004 on regional development in
Romania with its subsequent amendments and additions harmonizing it
with EC Regulations no. 1059 of 2003 establishing a joint statistic
classification system of the territorial units
- GD no. 497 of April, 1st 2004 establishing the institutional
framework for the coordination, implementation and management of
the structural instruments
- GD 765 of 2007 approving the establishment of the Monitoring
Committee of the 2007 - 2013 Regional Operational Program and of
the Frame Regulations for its organization and operation
