The need of complying with the national legislation in the field of public procurement

The Management Authority for the 2007 - 2013 Regional Operational Program based on EC letter no. 4500 of June, 4th 2009 and ACIS address no. 457582 of June, 16th 2009 informs that for projects funded from structural instruments and benefiting from international financial institutions loans, the national legislation regarding public procurement which transposes the community directives in this area is the only one enforced.

Taking into account this decision we recommend that you apply the national legislation of public procurement if you also benefit from funding through the 2007 - 2013 Regional Operational Program and from international financial institutions loans.
